Lean Manufacturing at PJSC

Modern standards of industrial enterprises and business make new demands. So today while constant competition in both domestic and foreign markets PJSC "Pipe Plant" Trubostal "committed to continuous improvement of its work consistently high quality products and high level of all processes efficiency. The concept of " Lean Manufacturing ", successfully used in various industries, designed to help achieve the best results in the pipe production.

The first steps towards the development of the "lean manufacturing" principles  at "Trubostal" were information activities aimed at the introduction of key technical and management professionals with the basics of the Tayota production system, as well as analysis of the positive experience of the world's industrial leaders and representatives of the Ukrainian market. All plant employees have access to online library where various thematic materials and presentations are provided.

As part of the introduction of the "production without losses" concept a project to attract ideas from staff "From Idea to the Point!" has been launched, and as an expected result the plant team by their ideas and their hands will pave the way for positive changes in the workplace.
